KCAP works with two sides: Korean companies and project initiators in Central Asia. Cooperation can begin with an interest in the region or with a specific project.

For Korean companies

Tell us about your company, its capabilities and regional interests: sector, country and intended role — supply, contracting, investment or joint project development. We identify opportunities, provide structured project information and organise dialogue with initiators. Where interest is confirmed, KCAP works through participation terms and supports the development of the project and agreements.

Describe the project, its stage, its needs and the expected role of the Korean side. We help structure the information for Korean companies and organise interaction with interested parties.

  2. Clarifying interest — goals, roles and expectations of the parties.
  3. Project information — a structured profile and a list of open questions.
  4. Development and support — participation terms, cooperation structure and interaction between the parties within an agreed scope of work.
